what I do is I get the recordings of the classes , download in my Ipod and when I walk and I am in nature I will listen them .Such a lovely experience it is , I love it ,there is so much to listen , discover and remember .

I could listen to this 365 days a year, 24 hours a day…, but I won’t. Any body up for a short jog threw the woods, then a mountain bike ride followed by some kayaking on a river. After we can set up some tents in the woods and have some veggie burgers by the camp fire and do it all over again tomorrow after a yoga class by the beach and some meditation on the mountain. Anyone! Anyone! Come on, get a pulse, you know what a kayak is for Christ’s sake and how to peddle a God damn bike, GET UP!
