Does anyone know what they use in the Prime Rib Recipe at Chart House?

Question by : Does anyone know what they use in the Prime Rib Recipe at Chart House?
I’m guessing the Chart house recipes for Prime Rib are the same or very similar at all the locations, but I had mine at the location in Portland, OR. The seasoning on the prime rib (chart house/callahan cut) roast is one of my all time favorites… I would love to make this at home. Thanks!

Giving everyone health care is one thing — giving everyone the “same level of care” (whatever that means) is quite another. There is no way to guarantee that every single person in this country has access to the equivalent of the Mayo Clinic.

But if we try to equalize the quality of care, then care will be eroded.

Everyone needs food to live. Is it fair that one family eats standing rib roast once a month, while other families have mac and cheese three nights a week?

The minimum does not have to equal the maximum to be humane.

Hi Hilary – sorry the comments got deleted! I believe I said something along the lines of looks REALLY GOOD and I think try it soon! Esp since I have a freezer full of beef stock from the Christmas standing rib

Another benefit? This will require very few modifications for my food allergies. I had attempted to make a gluten/egg/dairy/soy free yorkshire pudding recently and it managed to be both burned and undercooked at the same time, YUCK.
