Yeah I know! Like after 2 minutes of the show he goes “now when we get back, I’m going to …” but when the 5 minute commercial break ends, I usually don’t hear him doing anything other than letting the guests talk and argue. There are too many commercial breaks, and at times it seems like he doesn’t even know what to get on.. but I love Dr. Phil anyway.
He just tells people what they already know making them feel worse. The last show I saw those people should have had their kids taken away from them. Nothing dr. phil said was going to change such drug abusers.
I don’t think he’s Jerry Springer. Bill O’Reily is the Jerry Spring of Fox news.

Yes, definitely more tabloid and exploitative. Ever notice how he videotapes all this domestic violence and abuse happening in people’s homes, but doesn’t step-in to do anything about it until after he has a lot of footage for the program?

TV psychology is strange stuff. If you ever were to go to a psychologist you’d find that the session was about YOU. But in tv psychology the session really has to be about Dr. Phil – the manipulative, bald headed prick that he is. And largely it’s about his sponsors – are they getting enough air time?
And it’s too bad they bother to put a guy like that on tv representing the legions of psychologists who work hard everyday trying to help someone else. Dr. Phil is there each day working hard to sell himself and his sponsor’s stuff.

Dr Phil is a waste of time.
The only difference between Phil and Jerry is Jerry has riots on his stage and Phil does not (well not as of now) Phil does his best to incite riots when he puts people of Polar opposites in his Phil House.
Phil is crusin’ for a severe brusin’ It is only a matter of time until his ‘Phil House’ is a pile of ashes when folks do not get along and torch the place.
It is only a matter of time when one of the Large Male Guest punches Phil in the face knocking him out for two days.
Dr. Phil thinks he knows everything when in fact he knows as much as the next person. All hes good for is making money for the company that he works for and oprah, if i was a female i wouldn’t take advice from someone who doesn’t know me, thats what friends are for.
As for jery spring its old stuff, same things on his show its pretty boring.
Sometimes you need a Jerry Springer just so you can really appreciate Michael Parkinson!
“If you name the jobs your arguments have no value because there is no way to know if the job/function is really necessary to the society.” i believe i said “our society” not a society. right now our government is involved in an illegal war. it feeds off members of our society to carry out those designs it deems necessary.The comments are really sick and probably made by people that suffered some form of brain washing. yes, i agree with this completely. there is an excellent series called “the century of the self” from the bbc. 2 is an excellent introduction into mindcontrol/america and documents how using irrational fears led to one american invasion (about way thru the documentary) . the same folks also made an excellent 4 series called power of about the rise of the neocons and fanatical islam.here is an example of a person who was brainwashed and ended up doing the bidding of the cia, albeit in a roundabout way.Her ticket out of the trailer park was the U.S. Army. So, what I meant is that I cannot figure out a necessary job/function that is suitable for a “no moral” person. � actually the requirement i made was they will perform functions that the remainder of society find repulsive. mercenary might be one example. i should have stated challenged morals instead of morals'if you say you whatever, but those are the people that do crappy jobs no one else wants to do. also immigrants i guess. i think you mistake my meaning. there is a difference between a crappy job and one that offends ones sense of morals. there is nothing immoral about crappy jobs per se. there are some very moral toilet scubbers i am people that are on springer the people running arms contractors or selling diamonds or oil with blood on it or trying to legally justify giving orders to “trailer trash” to rape and kill and true , the pawns are on jerry springer. there are all kinds of jobs for intelligent people w/challenged morals. look no than congress. sure there are some decent people that appear on his show. i condemn them all w/one fell swoop. not very civil of me.
