I really tried to give these shows the benefit of a doubt, but the House of Payne and Meet the Browns sitcoms really are tired. I see these shows as positive for any people let alone black people. I personally am tired of black men getting a bad rap. There are good and bad in all ethinic groups and genders. All black women are not whores, drug addicts, prostitutes, fat etc. All black men are not inept bumbling fools. We are doctors, lawyers, teachers, accountants, and any number of professional college educated people. I personally know many people who have at least some college.
Shows like this really need to be taken off of television. Bottom line, Tyler Perry really needs to stick to his plays and leave the big screen to real professionals.

Who else was Whitney Houston supposed to compare herself to? Whitney status is in the likes of Barbra Streisand, Aretha Franklin, Diana Ross, the true female legends in the game. And what was so wacky about the interview? She came across clear, direct, and aware of what she was talking about. Find somebody else to talk about please, because the Whitney dissing is getting old! Whitney Houston is LEGENDARY!!
