All our USDA Prime meat is custom cut to order, wrapped in trays with film paper and double wrap in wax paper. Not vacuum pack.( it loses the flavor ) We chill the meat to preserve the freshness for shipping only

    Come on now anonymous at least keep your analogy truthful by replacing the slice of turkey with a huge cut of USDA Prime Beef!! I think anyone who losses 25 pounds in the hostpital and then comes back to gain 45 pounds of solid muscle in 2 years deserves that!! At 195 I ever consider my self a slice of turkey…. thats just a plain understatement. Anonymous see you at the Gym, give me a call if you need directions.
