i love his whole rant about humpty dumpty, like why do we assume it’s an egg and how horses hooves are the best-imagined egg-crushing device, but i probably love that bit so much because i remember hearing him and Steve Merchant coming up with it in one of the old podcasts and nearly wetting myself with laughter.

Ricky Gervais is just plain entertaining, no matter what he’s doing, in my humble opinion.
